Chef Elyse – Personal Chef

Healthy and delicious meals tailored to your palate and wellness goals.  Every dish is inspired by global cuisines with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.  I strive to use anti-inflammatory foods that delight the tastebuds and offer tremendous support for the body. As your personal chef, I will take the the stress out of cooking and leave you with a fridge that is stocked with exciting and healthy meals… giving you more time for work, family, friends, fun and the peace of mind that you’re doing something good for yourself and the planet! My weekly service includes a customized menu, shopping, cooking, and clean up!
