I am a Long Island based vegan chef. My culinary journey began 7 years ago as a chef apprentice at a local raw foods restaurant. It was then that I saw the transformative powers of a plant based diet helping and healing people right before my eyes. Coupled with my own experiences I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people have access to healthy and delicious meals…to help prevent illness and extend our quality of life well into our golden years…and beyond!
I honed my culinary skills at the Natural Gourmet Institute where I received my chef certification, I am also a certified Holistic Health Coach with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and IIN, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience from SUNY Farmingdale.
I offer weekly meal preparation as well as retreat catering and cooking classes.
