Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
- 3 celery stalks – diced
- 2 cloves garlic – minced
- 3 Tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 Cup fresh dill – chopped
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped
- Transfer chopped chickpeas to a large bowl and mix in remaining ingredients
- Serve with crackers, in a lettuce wrap or just eat as is
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
