Super Kale Salad

- 1 head of kale - wash, remove from stems & cut into bite size pieces
- 1 ripe avocado
- ⅓ Cup flax oil or olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (cheesy flavor & vegan source of B12)
- 2 Tablespoons Tamari
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
- ¼ Cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ Cup hemp seeds
- Place the kale, avocado, flax oil, nutritional yeast, Bragg’s, and garlic in a large bowl and use your hands to gently massage and soften the kale leaves
- Sprinkle in the pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds.
- Give it a taste and adjust the ingredients accordingly.
- Serve immediately
