Sushi Bowls with Cauliflower Rice, Yellow Beet Sashimi, Seared Tofu and Spicy Tamari

This sushi salad starts with a base of cauliflower and basmati rice which is sautéed with kale, garlic and ginger.  It is then topped with seared tofu, yellow beet “sashimi”, pickled ginger and thinly sliced veggies.  Finished with a drizzle of spicy tamari sauce.
