  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups non dairy milk of choice
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • .5 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon
  • garnish with chopped dates, sliced almonds, berries


  1. In a medium sized bowl stir the chia seeds into the mashed banana
  2. Whisk in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup
  3. Place in a air-tight container, such as a mason jar, and set in fridge overnight
  4. In the morning adjust consistency by adding more milk to thin or addin gmore chia to thicken
  5. Serve with desired toppings
  6. Store in fridge for up to 2 days
